At Isla Home Health, your care is personal. With a deep understanding of client needs, the owner leads by example, emphasizing a commitment to quality and empathy through his own experiences. Having received home health services for his medically fragile child, he understands the adjustments required to meet real-world needs and ensures that services are tailored to provide the best possible care.
Director of Nursing
Our Nursing Director brings over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, offering a unique perspective and skill set essential for this role. The combination of professional expertise and personal experience provides a strong foundation for delivering empathetic, family-centered care. As a mother, daughter, relative, and friend, our director deeply understands the challenges and emotions that families face when caring for or needing care for a loved one with medical needs. With extensive experience in treating the most fragile children to aging adults, our director is well-versed in areas such as senior placement in residential care, Telehealth, Palliative & Comfort Care, Skilled Nursing, RN Case Management, and serving as an RN liaison & consultant. Additionally, our director has served as the Director of Nursing in an Assisted Living Facility, further demonstrating her comprehensive expertise in patient care.
